We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our units for any damage, conduct routine maintenance, and help with turns. Must have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities: • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made Qualifications: • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Compensation: $22 - $23 hourly
