Job Description
The Civil Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison between the Pre-Construction and Development departments for two (2) to four (4) Urban and/or Cottage projects at any given time. Involvement will run through the due diligence phase, entitlements, plan production and permitting at which point these portions of the project will be handed off to the Landmark Urban Construction team.
