Job Description
The Retail Property Management Coordinator will provide administrative support to the assigned Retail Division by performing the following duties.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10+ pounds.
Additional Information
Portfolio Locations: Greater Denver metro Area ( Westminster, Lakewood, DTC, Parker, Castle Rock)
Pay: $21-$24 hourly plus mileage and phone reimbursement
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) some weekends if needed
