Cirrus is investing in the future of our affordable housing team with a newly created Compliance Department focused on growth, innovation, and excellence. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to lead our Stabilizations Team. This role is essential in ensuring the compliance integrity of our affordable housing portfolio. The successful candidate will be directly involved in compliance-related tasks such as file reviews/audits, inspections, and other property management activities. The emphasis will be on collaborating on plans for compliance corrections and executing these plans for new acquisitions, properties needing assistance, and during times when vacant position is open at a property.

Additional Information
Annual Salary: $110,000
Position start date flexible up to 1/1/2025
