The internship will be based on the Google account in Sunnyvale, California. The Data Analyst Intern position is responsible for a variety of analytical related duties and oversight and deployment of technology tools. Duties and functions include help desk and desk-side technical support, trouble-shooting, data reporting, and systems administration and maintenance. Job Description Responsible for assisting and assessing user needs, serving as a technical advisor, and coordinating system and user support for the systems, networks, hardware, and applications located at the establishment Responsible to for data mining, dashboard creation, and reporting Troubleshoots problems related to equipment, systems, and data sets, including troubleshooting problems with hardware, software, configuration, connectivity, etc Maintains and support databases, including inputting and correcting data, determining formats, researching data conversions, establishing data specifications, configuration/integration, updating sources and ensuring data integrity Installs and troubleshoots problems with the equipment, systems, connectivity, and networks including installing new applications, installing upgrades and assisting users to solve software and hardware problems Schedules and coordinates application development and systems integration provided by outside service contractors Installs and maintains network systems and related peripheral equipment; performs basic network administration and security functions ensuring system integrity and security Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with specialized and dedicated technology systems; implements solutions or notifies outsource providers as required; may be required to perform help desk and desk-side support for users Responsible for partnering with client to deploy physical computer hardware and systems access for the account team Assists in preparing budget and reporting templates for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting needs Cushman amp; Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
