  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Responsible for 66 LIHTC units, 19 conventional lofts and 5 retail tenants (minor weekly interaction)
    • MUST be skilled in Tax Credit Income recertification and the qualification process.
    • Yardi software knowledge highly desirable. Similar software experience may be acceptable.
    • Handles rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents.
    • Approves invoices and enters them into Yardi for weekly payment.
    • Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements or quarterly reporting. Solid financial skills and experience are a plus.
    • Effectively manages the Maintenance Technician including delegating, evaluating, coaching and performance management. Work orders and turns must be done within Cirrus guidelines.
    • Conducts semi-annual apartment inspections and provides a monthly Preventative Maintenance Report and Safety Reports. Includes exterior inspection.
    • Conducts weekly inspection of the property. Prepares a simple Friday report with comments on two attached Yardi reports.
    • Regularly communicates with management, ownership and residents on an as-needed basis.
    • Prepares notices promptly to the residents based upon Cirrus guidelines.
    • Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise.
    • Showcases available apartments and oversees the property website for accuracy and appeal.
    • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of three years of property management experience - Required
    • Minimum of two years supervisory experience - Required
    • Must have Oregon HUD & LIHTC experience - Required
    • Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve
    • Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills. Professional attire and presence.
    • Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
    • Ownership of an automobile and a valid driver’s license.
    • Ability to work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.

    Additional Information

    Pay: $27 hourly. Housing potentially available.

    Property: Belmont Dairy (85 residential units, 5 retail tenants)

    Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
