    We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in property management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties, demonstrating your advanced technical abilities and leadership in providing unparalleled service to our residents. Your role will require a deep understanding of multifamily property maintenance and the capacity to adapt to the unique challenges of various communities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Accountability and Leadership:

    • Manage maintenance activities across multiple locations, prioritizing work orders based on urgency, safety, and resident impact.
    • Accurately document all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior maintenance staff to maintain consistent standards of excellence.

    2. Advanced Technical Expertise:

    • Perform complex maintenance and repair tasks, including advanced plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC system repairs, and appliance maintenance.
    • Diagnose and resolve issues with building systems and equipment, utilizing your in-depth technical knowledge.
    • Conduct comprehensive preventive maintenance inspections, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, overseeing specialized maintenance services and repairs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

    3. Elevated Customer Service Standards:

    • Deliver legendary customer service to residents by addressing maintenance requests and inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and expertise.
    • Effectively communicate with residents, providing clear updates on maintenance status and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Handle complex resident concerns with a solution-oriented approach, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude at all times.

    4. Property Upkeep and Compliance:

    • Maintain the appearance and functionality of multiple properties, including landscaping, shared areas, and amenities, ensuring an exceptional living environment.
    • Monitor and address safety hazards, building code violations, and compliance issues, providing a safe and compliant environment for all residents.
    • Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment, identifying maintenance needs and implementing corrective actions.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or advanced training in property maintenance or relevant fields preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management maintenance, with a focus on multifamily housing.
    • Strong technical skills with the ability to independently diagnose and repair complex maintenance problems.
    • Excellent leadership and customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingual (English & Spanish) communication skills preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties with minimal supervision.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.
    • Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.
    • Reliable transportation to commute between multiple properties.
