POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the HR Coordinator supports NRP human capital needs. Major areas of focus will be two-fold

1. Talent Acquisition team coordination and support; and, 2) Learning and Development coordination and support. Responsible for managing background checks and drug screening process. Manages and updates the full-cycle recruitment efforts, onboarding, and on-going learning initiatives.
