    Job Description

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    This role will include responsibilities including but not limited to:

    • Providing administrative support for the Property Management Department.

    • Assist with identifying operational processes that could be improved and making recommendations.

    • Assist in technology integration to improve efficiency within the departments.

    • Perform data collection and analysis in Yardi, including reviewing work orders, analyzing site performance data, and identifying trends and or areas of improvement.

    • Help review property management financials, cash flow projections, and variance reports using site budgets, spreadsheets and Yardi.

    • Complete build out & continuously maintain property management dashboards as well as updating monthly/as needed.

    • Complete build out & continuously maintain comprehensive market survey to be updated weekly/as needed.

    • Assist in bid/contract term collection and complete analysis to demonstrate greatest good for the organization.

    • Attend site inspections for program/policy adherence and general condition of assets.

    • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure long-term performance.

    • Utilize Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to set and track ambitious, measurable goals.

    • Track performance against forecasts, identify risks, and provide real-time insights into business performance.

    • Assist with monthly close support.

    • Work with Accounting to ensure transaction entries are correct, reserves are accurate, and any irregular items are properly recorded.

    • Focus on accuracy, reasonableness, and identifying any irregularities in financial data.

    • Engage in ad hoc and deep-dive analysis to support business needs.

    • Assist in performing Quality assurance tasks related to Property Management and Maintenance performance at the site level.

    • Research, learn, and experience the structure and flow of multiple sectors of the multi-family industry, including, but not limited to, Affordable Housing, Student Housing, and Conventional properties.

    • Facilitate the completion of projects by meeting deadlines and making recommendations to Property Management Leadership.

    • Coordinate communication from the Support Office to all property locations as needed.

    • Forecasting financial projections, forecasting future revenues, expenses, headcount, and capital expenditures.

    • Assist Property Management Department in completion of high priority items or projects.

    • Provide logistical support to site employees that require travel to assist struggling assets.

    • Collect and organize site-specific information into designated locations on the shared drive.

    • Other duties, activities, and projects as assigned.
