JOB DESCRIPTION
Serves customers by determining request, answering questions, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Determines request by working with customer
Answers questions by clarifying desired information; by researching and locating information
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
Resolves problems
Helps customer by explaining company policy and procedures
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities and benefits to customers
Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT:
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
1-2 years customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Typically work in office setting in sedentary position.
