• Work directly under Director of Development for Real Estate Development company on Capitol Hill.

• Gain experience with the design-build process through our in-house construction company, work along side our in-house design and staging company and help design and update presentations for investors.

• Hands on experience with building permit approval process, finish schedules and investment underwriting process.

• Learn how to complete a market analysis for real estate investments and more.

• 6-8 Week Summer Internship 10-15 hours per week. Flexible days and Start/End dates

• Senior in undergrad or MBA student

• Must be a fast learner and great with powerpoint design

• Some financial modeling experience a plus but not required
