Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 + 6% -7% Commission on sales Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Close Sales: Effectively close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Lead Follow-Up: Engage with warm, cold leads and follow up with potential customers to understand their needs, build rapport • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with sellers • Quickly build rapport with potential clients • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and finalizing real estate transactions • Must be available full-time Monday - Friday • Management of sales pipeline Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • Tech savvy • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on closing deals • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently • A positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service • Past sales experience is preferred • Previous experience in real estate is a plus • Must have a reliable car Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 + Commission
