    Synergy Investments is a real estate company that focuses on value add, investment, and development properties. We are looking to expand our Sales team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be highly driven, be sales oriented, and have rapport-building & overcoming objections skills. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will work beside and be mentored by a Senior Manager. You will be expected to do sale conversion talk to property owners daily, build rapport, negotiate, handle objections & build a pipeline of seller leads. You'll set up multiple new client meetings a week. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for finalizing deals, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets. exceptional negotiation skills, building relationships with leads, and a passion for exceeding targets, Benefits: • Immediate, boundless earning potential • Family-friendly work environment • Growth opportunity with upward mobility • Encouraging leadership • Potential to make $125,000+ Responsibilities: • Close Sales: Effectively close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Lead Follow-Up: Engage with warm, cold leads and follow up with potential customers to understand their needs, build rapport • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with sellers • Quickly build rapport with potential clients • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and finalizing real estate transactions • Must be available full-time Monday - Friday • Management of sales pipeline Qualifications: • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on closing deals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently • A positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service • Past sales experience is preferred • Previous experience in real estate is a plus • Must have a reliable car Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 + commission
