We are currently looking for aBrand Ambassador, for Coldwell Banker Real Estateto cover the following territory: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas (the Heartland territory) The ideal candidate will reside in the Kansas City area of the territory; however, we will consider candidates that reside in other locations within the Heartland territory that are within a reasonable driving distance to a regional or international airport. The Brand Ambassador is a self-motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about the Real Estate and franchise industry and results-driven. The Brand Ambassador will work closely with our Coldwell Banker Affiliated Broker/Owners within a defined specified territory. The Brand Ambassador will partner with their customers and assess the needs of their business. It is imperative that the Brand Ambassador fully understands Coldwell Bankers value proposition, leverages the Realogy Franchise Group (RFG) Center of Excellence platform in the areas of business solutions, technology solutions, data solutions and learning solutions platform. The Brand Ambassador will act as a liaison between these Centers of Excellence and Coldwell Banker Broker/Owners by facilitating this process and ensuring delivery of value-added services from the brand. Responsibilities: -Develop and expand relationship with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Brokers within a defined geographical territory -Understand customer business goals and connect brand/company platform as part of solution -Proactively position and differentiate our products, tools and systems to reinforce the value proposition both within Coldwell Banker and across Realogy -Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company team members where appropriate -Enlist the support of Centers of Excellence in the areas of Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategic Growth -Understand and leverage full shared consulting platform -Responsible for coordinating renewal efforts for all brokers within identified territory -Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management -Brand Ambassadors will partner with Coldwell Bankers dedicated transition team to support on-boarding for new franchisees -Work persistently towards brand service goals and exceeding customer expectations -Contribute to One Realogy enterprise philosophy -Exhibit and maintain an expert level of knowledge of Coldwell Bankers products and current market conditions in order to leverage the brand system offerings and add value to customers -Coordinate with Centers of Excellence and other key staff to deliver enhanced business recommendations to Brokers -Respond to all inquiries from Brokers, internal brand staff and shared service teams -Create and maintain working positive relationships throughout the Brokers business and staff within the organization -Maintain and increase broker satisfaction ratings -Promote events, training offerings and other initiatives to Brokers -Travel required to successfully manage book of business Skills and Qualifications: -B.S./B.A. preferred -3+ years of account management, B2B sales experience preferred -Real Estate Industry experience a plus -Proven customer relationship, influence management and conflict resolution skills -Strong communication and social media skills (written and verbal) -Strong presentation skills -Strong organizational skills -Ability to deliver seminars live and via web-ex technology -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite -Field-based position with ability to travel up to 75% To learn more about Realogy and the accomplishments of our brands, logon to -Realogy Holdings Corp. and its subsidiaries are committed to diversity.
