    1905BR Transaction Coordinator Palos Verdes Estates California Job description Coldwell Banker is currently seeking a Transaction Coordinator to work out of the Palos Verdes Estates office. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role creates and processes listing transactions, along with maintaining large amounts of information across various real estate specific databases. This position will also offer agent support as needed by answering agent questions and requests and communications regarding missing/incomplete paperwork. Employees in this position will may also be asked to assist in additional projects based on business need. Essential Job Duties: Processing Listings: Responsible for overseeing the process of all new home listings. This includes but is not limited to: * Create and manage transaction in Company software * Enter Listing into local MLS * Send out communication to new listing clients * Work with agents on uploading photos to market the listing. Other Duties: * Work with the branch office administrative staff, as well as Central Region Service Center staff to ensure data accuracy and compliance to prevent errors * Send communications to needed parties regarding status updates and incomplete files. * Additional duties as required by business need. Qualifications: * High School Diploma required. * 2 years administrative experience required; customer service training preferred. * Prior Real Estate and Customer Service experience strongly preferred. * Technologically proficient in all areas including but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs and ability to navigate computer software and hardware * Ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat * Creative problem-solving skills. * Ability to communicate with different audiences to convey message successfully and to change gear quickly to support different customers * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints. * Outstanding organizational and file management skills; emphasis on attention to detail * Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, ability to work in a team environment Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: * Travel is typically not required. * Scheduled hours are based on business need. Work Environment: * This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands: * This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability, with or without accommodation, to move around the office occasionally for filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The employee must occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
