  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    _ JOB DUTIES_

    • Generates assigned reports and provides to RM on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis (i.e. stacking plans, budget comparisons, executive summaries).
    • Monitors collections dashboards and shares information with RM as needed.
    • Check the aged receivable report to make sure the on-site team are making weekly (at minimum) delinquency follow-ups with notes.
    • On a monthly basis, completes RM expense reports and turns in to RM for signature.
    • Create/maintain property Spec Sheets – vendor contacts, etc.
    • Supports managing accounts payables as needed.
    • Generates Leasing Commission invoices for all internally completed deals.
    • For new vendor set ups, collects all needed documentation (COIs, W9s, Cirrus’ internal set up form), completes vendor packet, and sends to accounting department. Scan and store general vendor documents.

    _ TENANT RELATIONS_

    • Monitors collections dashboards and shares information with RM as needed.
    • Supports with RM with renewal process and tracking.
    • Checks the aged receivable report to make sure the on-site team are making weekly (at minimum) delinquency follow-ups with notes.
    • Processes move out documents - print ledgers, complete forms for accounting, update directory, move tenant to expired on shared drive, see checklist for more.
    • Support RM's with ensuring property email accounts are being reviewed on a regular basis.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of three years of property management experience - Required
    • Working knowledge of leasing and property management. Knowledge of local ordinances which affect property management including but not limited to state and federal mandates on rent collection, and security deposits.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general lease documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
    • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and co-workers.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages.
    • To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Yardi, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.

    Additional Information

    Washington and Colorado Remote Support (Ideally located in Colorado)

    $60,000 to $80,000 - Salary

    Monday through Friday 9 am - 6 pm (possibility of light traveling)
