The Role

The Insurance Claims Adjuster is responsible for answering customers calls regarding insurance related questions including claims status and basic claims information knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the insurance field.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Making and receiving outbound calls on delinquent accounts.
• Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
• Identifying accounts that require management review
• Maintaining required standards set by the department
• Adherence to Company policies and procedures

This is the right opportunity for you if you…

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in a related job
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
