    What You’ll Own & Elevate

    • Be the welcoming face (virtually and in-person) of Luxus Build, creating an exceptional first impression for clients, partners, and team members.
    • Manage inbound communication—answering calls, directing emails, and ensuring seamless correspondence.
    • Keep our financial operations smooth by assisting with invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking with precision.
    • Maintain meticulous financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
    • Take charge of office operations—ordering supplies, handling mail distribution, and keeping schedules on point.
    • Support leadership by coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and booking travel arrangements.
    • Keep our digital and physical spaces organized—because clarity fosters creativity.

    Your Superpowers

    • Accounting expertise in the architecture, construction, or engineering industry (minimum 3 years).
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Deltek, or similar accounting software.
    • A natural multitasker with an eye for detail and a mind for efficiency.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can compose a professional email, answer a phone call with ease, and juggle administrative tasks all in one go.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Discretion and professionalism—handling confidential information is second nature to you.
    • A problem solver who anticipates needs before they arise and takes initiative.
