    Job Summary:

    As an Architectural Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will drive project success by ensuring that design objectives, timelines, and budgets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

    You Have:

    • 8 years of architectural experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited University
    • Working knowledge of all phases of construction and administration of projects
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task

    You Will:

    • Manage all aspects of a team and project from start to finish with little supervision
    • Fully comprehend construction documents
    • Serve as a client liaison to bring schedule, budget, and scope of work to client satisfaction
    • Completes design and production of original construction details
    • Drafts and supervises working drawings for projects
    • Checks print phase for progress, errors, and omissions
    • Coordination and review of engineering consultant drawings
    • Shop drawing review and coordination
    • Process change order requests as required
    • Coordinates and assists the owner with setting up and performing the punch list inspection, close-out documents and obtaining all final approvals and Certificate of Compliance or Occupancy as required
