    Position Overview

    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required to meet project needs).
    • On-Site Requirement: This role requires your physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.
    • Compensation Package:
      • $120,000 - $150,000 annually
      • Project-based bonus incentives
      • Additional compensation options such as profit sharing and vehicle allowance
      • Offers are based on experience and the geographical location of the role.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum 10 years of architectural design experience, with a focus on multifamily projects
    • At least 5 years of experience using Revit
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (equivalent experience may be considered)
    • Active architecture license required
    • Proficiency in architectural tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and multifamily design standards
    • Experience balancing design aesthetics with technical and constructability requirements
    • Understanding of sustainable design principles and environmentally responsible practices
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    Your Role

    Project Leadership
    • Collaborate with clients to align project designs with their needs and standards
    • Guide project architects and designers to ensure plans meet codes and regulations
    • Lead and manage projects from concept through occupancy
    • Develop project schedules and delegate tasks to meet deadlines
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams, including contractors and consultants
    Design Oversight
    • Review and approve design concepts, plans, and drawings
    • Ensure alignment with project goals, standards, and specifications
    • Oversee quality control processes to maintain design integrity
    • Collaborate with consultants to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP solutions
    Project Management
    • Manage vendor, contractor, and subcontractor relationships
    • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
    • Act as the primary client contact, addressing needs and presenting updates
    • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
    Team Leadership & Development
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
    • Stay current with design trends and technologies
    Budget & Financial Management
    • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
    • Approve contracts and purchase orders, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports
    Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, and local regulations
    • Prepare and track permit applications, integrating timelines into project schedules
