    About the Position:

    We are seeking a motivated and talented Civil Engineer Associate (EIT) to join our growing team in Austin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an engineer with some experience to contribute to exciting projects and advance their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist project managers and senior engineers in the design of various land development projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems.
    • Prepare construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
    • Conduct site visits and field investigations.
    • Perform engineering calculations and analysis.
    • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed drawings and models.
    • Collaborate with other team members, including surveyors, drafters, and GIS specialists.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Contribute to the overall success of projects by adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
    • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
    • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
