Salary:  $120,000 - $130,000 yearly

Bonus:  paid yearly.

Your Mission:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

• Design robust database structures that align with business needs, optimize performance, and maintain data integrity.
• Craft sophisticated SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to ensure seamless data operations.
• Develop application logic that bridges the gap between databases and user-facing platforms using modern programming languages.
• Safeguard sensitive data with rigorous validation rules, access controls, and encryption mechanisms.
• Elevate database performance through proactive monitoring and optimization strategies.
• Build intuitive applications using languages like Java, C#, .NET, and JavaScript while leveraging tools such as SSRS and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain impactful ETL processes, engaging GUIs, and insightful data visualizations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver exceptional solutions.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets, uncovering insights that drive smarter business decisions.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in database development and application programming.
• Mastery of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Strong programming expertise in Java, C#, SQL, and experience with frameworks like ASP.NET.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or their equivalents.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design, and normalization techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
