    Work Schedule: 4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote
    Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer (Level 2) with 5-8 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for creativity, a keen eye for design details, and an ability to contribute effectively to collaborative project environments. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and dynamic projects while growing your professional skills within an innovative and supportive culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute interior design concepts from schematic design through construction documentation.
    • Collaborate with project architects, consultants, and clients to deliver cohesive, thoughtful design solutions.
    • Produce detailed design presentations, furniture specifications, and finish schedules.
    • Oversee material selection and integration of design elements to ensure creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and manufacturers to implement design specifications effectively.
    • Maintain adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

    Qualifications

    • 5-8 years of interior design experience, preferably within the hospitality, senior living, or healthcare sectors.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
    • NCIDQ certification preferred.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
    • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience preparing detailed design documentation and collaborating across disciplines.

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    • Experience working on hospitality projects is a plus.
    • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification (preferred but not required).
