Job Summary:
As an Architect, you will be an integral part of our design and construction team, contributing your expertise and creativity to shape the built environment. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of architectural projects, ensuring that they align with our client's vision, local regulations, and industry standards. Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, translating concepts into tangible designs, and managing projects from concept to completion.

You Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 3-10 years of professional experience
- Licensed Architect
- LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Green Globes certified or interested in achieving accreditation
- Ability and experience in producing quality construction documents, and a solid understanding of building detailing, construction principles, and practices
- Proficient use of Revit.
- Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Adobe Suite (preferred)
- Physical model building, experience in a model building shop (preferred)
- Excellent graphic, drawing, and presentation capabilities
- Exposure to environmental analysis applications such as Climate Studio, Sefaira, Insight360, and Lady Bug/Honeybee is a plus
You Will:
- Collaborate with project teams during project design phases including programming, concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Develop design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, presentation materials, analysis, and construction drawings and schedules.
- Participate in the bidding and construction administration of projects including job site visits, review of submittals, and responding to contractor questions.
- Communicate and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including clients, owners, users, team members, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project objectives.
- Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and participation in continuous learning.
- Mentor junior design staff in their professional development.
- Help deliver great projects with a sense of energy, passion, and personal responsibility.
