    Position Overview:

    We're seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Designer/Drafter to support our engineering and construction teams. This role will be responsible for producing detailed mechanical drawings, coordinating with design and construction teams, and assembling full drawing and documentation packages using AutoCAD and Revit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and prepare detailed mechanical design and drafting documents using AutoCAD and Revit.

    • Create complete drawing sets, including plans, sections, details, and schedules.

    • Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.

    • Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, electrical, architectural) for integrated project delivery.

    • Manage revisions and updates to drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

    • Organize and compile all project-related documentation and drawing sets for submittals and construction.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical drafting/design in the construction or MEP industry.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.

    • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and building codes.

    • Ability to produce full, clean, and coordinated drawing/documentation sets with minimal supervision.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Effective communicator and team player.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with BIM coordination or clash detection tools.

    • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards or sustainable design practices.

    • Previous experience in high-end residential or commercial construction projects.
