What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Spearhead the mechanical design process for a variety of Federal projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to bring your vision to life.
• Design with Purpose: Utilize your expertise in Revit to create innovative and efficient HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems that meet the unique needs of Federal facilities.
• From Concept to Reality: Oversee the development of comprehensive construction documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Federal standards.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical design
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency in Revit and HVAC load calculation software

Nice-to-Haves:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with Federal projects, particularly VA medical centers and hospitals
• LEED accreditation
• Active involvement in professional organizations
