Lead with Vision. Build with Purpose. Grow Client Partnerships.

At Luxus Build, we design more than buildings—we engineer environments that improve lives. We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering to lead complex projects in the healthcare and institutional sectors, while cultivating long-term client partnerships. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership, business strategy, and relationship management.

    Who We Are

From healthcare to higher education and federal facilities, our work shapes spaces that serve communities at scale. With a team culture that values proactive leadership and strategic client alignment, we empower our people to take ownership—and make an impact.

    What You'll Do

In this dual-role position, you’ll be both a Senior Project Manager and a Client Relationship Manager, responsible for overseeing complex engineering projects and strengthening our client partnerships. You’ll:

    Project & Team Management
    • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver technically sound, on-budget, and on-time projects—primarily in healthcare, with additional focus on K-12, higher education, federal, and sports/stadium projects.

    • Ensure clear communication and collaboration between clients, owners, architects, and internal teams by attending key meetings and documenting project-critical actions.

    • Monitor project progress against budgets and staffing allocations, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations.

    • Assist in building project staffing plans and assigning appropriate resources in coordination with senior leadership.

    Client Leadership & Business Development
    • Serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for key client accounts—ensuring service quality, proactive solutions, and relationship continuity.

    • Identify and negotiate additional service opportunities as projects evolve.

    • Prepare fee proposals, negotiate contracts, and support budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with the Location Leader or Department Head.

    • Actively engage in business development, helping to expand our footprint in healthcare and institutional markets through referrals and relationship building.

    Who You Are

    • Engineering Credentials: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required; PE license is strongly preferred.

    • Experience: At least 10 years of project management and client-facing experience, with a strong track record in leading healthcare or institutional design projects.

    • Sector Knowledge: Proven success in healthcare environments (e.g., hospitals, medical campuses), with additional experience in federal, K-12, higher education, or stadium design considered a plus.

    • Leadership Style: Confident communicator, problem solver, and mentor with the ability to balance technical depth with strategic vision.

    • Tools & Skills:

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

      • Strong understanding of building systems, engineering methodologies, and construction administration processes.

      • Familiarity with basic budgeting and accounting principles for project financial management.
