    Owner’s Project Manager – Luxus Build
    Location: Miami, FL (Brickell area – Fully Remote for 6 Months, then Hybrid Remote)
    Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year + Benefits & PTO

    Luxus Build is seeking an experienced Owner’s Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale luxury residential projects in Miami, FL. This role requires a technically savvy professional with strong project management expertise and working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other relevant software programs.

    The position will be fully remote for the first six months and will transition to a hybrid remote role based in the Brickell area of Miami. We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 20 years of experience managing high-end residential construction or design projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage luxury residential projects from concept through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
    • Act as the primary liaison between owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
    • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
    • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other project management tools to track progress and maintain documentation.
    • Review design and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
    • Coordinate permitting, zoning approvals, and compliance with local building regulations.
    • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement of materials and services.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, presenting reports on project status, financials, and milestones.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • 5 to 20 years of experience in project management, construction management, or a related field, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
    • Strong technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and project management software.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and luxury developments is highly preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
    • Benefits: Paid time off, health insurance, and additional perks.
    • Work Environment: Fully remote for the first six months, then transitioning to a hybrid schedule in the Brickell area of Miami.
