Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams on a variety of projects, from concept design to construction administration.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical guidance on electrical systems design, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems.
• Client Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical designs adhere to applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering design, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems design and analysis.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
