    The Role: Sales Consultant

    As a Sales Consultant, you’ll drive new business for our three recruiting and staffing divisions by consulting with employers about their hiring needs and offering our tailored solutions. Using our robust lead-generation resources and database, you’ll identify and engage prospective clients, selling our employee placement services to help them hire top-tier talent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to build relationships with potential clients.

    • Consultative Selling: Uncover hiring needs and align Luxus services to meet those goals, securing new business opportunities.

    • Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Client Success Manager and recruiting team to identify leads, screen companies, and negotiate service agreements.

    • Account Management: Act as a liaison between recruiters and clients, ensuring smooth communication and successful placements.

    • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, quarterly revenue targets, and client engagement goals.

    • Lead Generation: Match available talent from our network to open roles and identify new clients aligned with our candidate pool.

    • Proactive Engagement: Monitor account activity to identify risks, resolve concerns, and strengthen relationships.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience:

      • B2B sales experience or consultative phone sales experience in industries like recruiting, insurance, financial services, mortgages, or real estate.

      • Knowledge of Boolean logic is highly preferred.

    • Skills & Qualities:

      • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

      • A master relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal skills.

      • Strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record of closing deals.

      • Tech-savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Office, cloud-based tools, and social media platforms.

      • Empathic communicator with attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred:

    • Motivated individuals seeking growth opportunities, with a long-term goal of advancing to a recruiting role.

    Advancement Opportunities:

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $50,000/year (DOE)

    • Earnings Potential: $70,000–$90,000 with commissions in the first year.
