Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead projects through all phases.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate with clients and team members.
• Perform quality control on projects.
• Stay current with industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering/Technology or higher.
• 6+ years of experience for senior-level positions.
• PE license preferred for senior-level positions.
• Revit proficiency is required.
• Plumbing experience is preferred for senior-level positions.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.

Compensation:

• $120,000 - $170,000 for senior-level positions.

Location & Work Schedule:

• Primarily seeking local candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• DFW office schedule: Monday-Thursday in the office; Fridays are optional half-days (work from home). Other locations are currently more remote.
