    • Salary Range: $117,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.

    Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Engineer IV

    As a key player in our engineering team, you will bring innovative mechanical design solutions to life. You will take ownership of projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure that every system you design meets the highest standards of performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Lead and execute mechanical design projects from concept to completion.

    • Assist in leading electrical work and production for various projects.

    • Produce high-quality construction documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

    • Mentor and guide less-experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into complex projects.

    • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure successful implementation and resolve any technical challenges.

    • Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements, bringing fresh insights into every project.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

    • 6+ years of experience in mechanical system design for buildings.

    • Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

    • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD—3D modeling experience is a plus!

    • Strong knowledge of building codes, energy efficiency standards, and sustainable design principles.

    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex scenarios.

    • PE license preferred (or EIT with a strong pathway to licensure).

    • A passion for innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
