    **Position Overview:**

    We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong foundation in analysis, design, and project management. As a Structural Engineer at Constructive Engineering Design, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, ranging from commercial and residential developments to industrial and institutional facilities.     **Key Responsibilities:**

    \- Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software and methodologies.

    \- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.

    \- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions and provide recommendations.

    \- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

    \- Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate project updates and findings effectively.

    \- Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

     

    **Qualifications:**

    \- Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering, or a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering.

    \- Minimum of 2 years' experience in building design.

    \- Working knowledge of design codes.

    \- Familiarity with Design & Analysis software such as STAAD PRO, RAM, ABAQUS for Finite Element Modeling, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word.

    \- CAD drafting experience is desirable, preferably with Building Structures.

    \- Excellent communication skills including grammar, spelling, and composition.
