    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced licensed Structural Engineer (P.E.) to join our collaborative team in Jupiter, FL. This is a key role that offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of challenging and rewarding projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver innovative and sustainable structural solutions. Experience with hospitals, medical centers, and VA federal contracts is strongly preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Structural Design:
      • Analyze and design structural systems for a variety of building types, including healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, and residential structures.
      • Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
      • Utilize structural analysis software to model and analyze building structures.
    • Project Management:
      • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
      • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
      • Conduct site visits and inspections.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Stay abreast of the latest building codes, design standards, and construction technologies.
      • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and construction professionals.
      • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
    • Licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
    • Experience:
      • 5-10+ years of experience in structural design and engineering consulting.
      • Experience with hospitals, medical centers, and VA federal contracts is strongly preferred.
    • Software Proficiency: Proficient in structural analysis software and AutoCAD. Revit experience is a plus.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
