Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support our architectural team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development of architectural designs, from conceptual sketches to detailed construction drawings, under the guidance of a lead architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support: Assist in the development of architectural designs, from conceptual sketches to detailed construction drawings, under the guidance of a lead architect. 
• Documentation: Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring all drawings adhere to specific building codes and regulatory standards.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of design documents and adherence to project schedules.
• Research: Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations to support project development.
• Quality Assurance: Review drawings and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an architectural or design firm.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $42,500 to $52,444, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
