The McDonald’s Corporate Internship is for you if you want hands-on experience working hard with a collaborative team. Are you hoping to do more than watch from the wings and make copies all summer? You’ll enjoy a flexible work environment where you can think critically and feed your need (and ours!) for restless innovation. After initial training, you’ll dive in with your full-time team to learn the business, meet leaders within the organization, and tackle projects that will leave a lasting impact. We designed this internship to provide a smooth transition into McDonald’s so you don’t have to worry – if you bring your curiosity and work ethic, we will bring the know-how. You will receive coaching from industry leaders who want you to succeed and take pride in guiding you to develop into a McDonald’s future leader.

In addition, the capabilities you will acquire set you up for a variety of career paths depending on your interests and strengths, so know that beginning your career in the McDonald’s Corporate Internship gives you early access to our full-time post-graduation opportunities.

How You’ll be Compensated

You’ll be lovin’ your compensation which will include:

• $10,000 for the 10 week internship
• Housing Stipend
• Access to McDonald’s Headquarters and facilities (gym, company events, rooftop patio, Global Restaurant)
• Sponsored social and networking events
• May be eligible for Summer Hours schedule

Why We’ll Hire You You are a strong candidate if:

• You’re a Junior working towards your Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date in Fall 2019 or Spring 2020
• You have a college GPA of at least 3.0
• You can supply your own housing in the Chicago area for the summer
• You’re available to work Monday-Friday all 10 weeks of the internship: June 3rd - August 9th 2019
• Your communication skills are strong and adapt based on your audience
• You have high interest in business strategy
• You are inquisitive and love problem solving
• You pay close attention to details
