The Sales Development role is an entry level sales position based in Venice, CA. The job is designed to be a launchpad for people starting their sales careers. You’ll learn the fundamentals of selling through continuous training and on the job experience. We’ll partner you with a seasoned sales pro that will also act as your sales mentor. Your main goal will be creating and setting appointments for our outside sales reps to meet with restaurant owners and discuss ChowNow’s online ordering and marketing solutions. We want people with high potential, high aptitude, and great attitudes. If you succeed, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into more senior sales roles.
Your Main Responsibilities Prospect for potential restaurant partners through Internet research, social media, and cold calling. Cold call, cold email, and social media outreach to restaurant owners throughout the US. They rarely answer the phone so you’ll need to be creative to cut through the noise. Get restaurant owners interested in ChowNow as a solution to their top problems. Set meetings with restaurant owners for your sales partner. Meet and exceed a fair quota for new opportunities (aka demo meetings set for your sales partner).
