    JOB PURPOSE:

    This position performs a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of the NAPA Regional Team. The Administrative Assistant’s duties may vary day-to-day depending on the changing needs. The person is this position works under minimal supervision and handles moderate to complex tasks as assigned by Regional Managers. The Administrative Assistant meets and interacts with customers and visitors, collects outgoing mail, and receives/distributes incoming mail and packages. The person in this role helps with general administrative paperwork, filing, and recordkeeping.

    DUTIES:

    Perform moderately complex administrative and staff support tasks.

    Prepares and submits agendas and/or presentations.

    Under direction, prepares and submits reports on behalf of the Regional Manager Team.

    Formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies, and transmits correspondence, documents, data and graphics as required.

    Interact with customers; provide direction and assist with inquiries.

    Opens and routes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail and company correspondence.

    Help organize and maintain office filing systems.

    Help maintain office supply inventory and promotes overall organization.

    Protects Dyna Parts by keeping information confidential.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    2+ years of administration experience preferred.

    High school diploma required; a college degree in business, accounting, or various social science fields preferred.

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

    Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers and remembering their sequence.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Comfortable making decisions independently.

    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

    Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    Interacts with others within an administrative internal environment located at a desk/work station and works in both manual and electronic/computer activities during the workday.

    Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

    Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for entire work shift.

    Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively, and understand others as well as ability to give and receive instructions via telephone, computer messages, face-to-face, and in writing.
