As an Agile Coach Intern you will collaborate with Agile Coaches within Signet Jewelers, Digital organization. Agile Coaches support all Digital Teams in adopting Agile practices and methodologies, focusing on embedding the principles of a growth mindset and continuous improvement.

In practice, Agile Coaches:

• Provide targeted support for team-specific needs by working closely with teams as required
• Create and facilitate cross-functional Tiger Teams to address issues impacting multiple areas of Signet Digital
• Encourage and support experimentation within and between teams
• Offer training on Agile topics
• Facilitate workshops and group planning exercises

This internship role will focus on partnering with an Agile Coach to coordinate training content for Signet Digital.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing or modifying learning pathways for the digital organization
• Facilitate learning sessions as appropriate
• Develop an Agile Training Hub within the Digital Repository

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in and pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field
• Expected graduation date in May 2026-2027 preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, and Jira
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Interest in training and learning development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with SharePoint is preferred
• A curious and analytical mindset, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience

Work Environment:

• Remote: Open to all candidates regardless of location
• Fulltime summer internship (40 hours/12 weeks).

The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
