CPU Clerk Ashley Homestore 737 reviews - Houston, TX 77090 The Customer Pick Up (CPU) associate is responsible for CPU functions including printing paperwork, assisting CPU customers, and helping to ensure low wait time and superior customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: Signs in any CPU customers as they arrive to pick up their purchase Ensures that all CPU sales are billed and posted within 24 hours of pick up. Calls customers to schedule in stock CPU sales for pick up. Works with Call Center Manager and with staff on a daily and weekly basis to review work status, resolve issues and find opportunities to improve efficiency. Ensures that all CPU's are paid in full or have 3rd party financing. Completes filing of paperwork each day. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Processes incoming calls in a friendly, respectful and efficient manner. Customer Service- Administrative At least 1 year experience in the Customer Service Field with a favorable track record in retail furniture. Must have a professional appearance, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. Must have attention to detail and good organizational skills. Be a self-starter and a team player.
