Summary: Responsible for filling stock orders Major Responsibilities: * Receiving orders/scripts from accounts and processing and/or billing them correctly. * Be able to use HBS, Docutrack, LTC, Pharmacy+, Chem Link and other prescription tracking software and programs * Answering phones * Issue pick-ups and resolving orders * Responding to customer inquiries * Contacting facilities for additional information * Research products * Create stock lists with prices and associate item numbers * Filing and organizing of orders * Demonstrate a positive approach to work. * Show a personal commitment to the successful performance of the company * Be self motivated and follow through without prompting * Performs other tasks as assigned. * Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Companys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
