Job Description

• Call florists who have delinquent accounts and answer questions florist may have regarding their past due accounts
• Document all calls via the computer
• Answer incoming calls from florists or employees in other departments
• Submit ACH or credit card payments that are given by the customer
• Document comments from mail via the computer
• Notify florists when Teleflora receives an insufficient funds check
• Observe accounts for shops that have delinquent branch shops
• Other duties as needed
• Review accounts and make cancellation recommendations to the Collection Supervisor

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

****Knowledge/Skills:

• Experience collecting on delinquent accounts
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to make decision with little direction
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to speak clearly in a well-modulated voice using good diction
• Typing 25 WPM/ net minimum
• Knowledgeable in basic computer skills
