  • Responsibilities

    The Benefits Coordinator position provides assistance and support for the day-to-day functions in benefits administration, projects and processes. Position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Benefits and works closely with other members of the Benefits team.

    This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

    • Assists in the administration of employee benefits programs, including but not limited to medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and leave of absence
    • Assists associates with enrollment, eligibility and general inquiries
    • Responsible for the processing of all benefits vendor invoices and self-billings of insurance plans
    • Assists and supports the administration of Open Enrollment
    • Performs other projects and duties as assigned

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING? 

    • 4-year degree or in pursuit of 4-year degree preferred, but not required
    • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PeopleSoft HR
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail, passion for quality work and timely delivery
    • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive data appropriately
    • Experience working with benefit plans a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
