Auto Parts Sales Representative / Customer Service Cowboy Auto Parts - Dallas, TX 75220 $14 an hour This is a Full Time Position (40 hours per week). Your hours will be Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Saturday 11am-4pm. Cowboy Auto Parts is a used auto parts seller/recycler that is based in the northwest Dallas. We are looking for a skilled sales and customer service associate who will also do cashier duties. You will be working in a fast paced work environment with opportunities to grow. Our ideal candidate is people friendly, smart, and pays great attention to detail. They are interested in the job and work with focus. Our ideal candidate must be interested in learning and understanding vehicles parts and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They must also be good communicators to collaborate with management. The must have a get-it-done attitude because the more parts we sell, the more opportunities for the company and employees to grow. Sales/Customer Service/Cashier Responsibilities: -Answering Incoming customer calls and helping them with the parts they need -Work with Customers to close a sale -Call potential leads to see if they are interested in parts -Resolve customer complaints and handle returns -Processing Customer orders on computer -Processing payments on computer -Processing Shipping -Conducting a cashier review and report at the end of the day and making adjusting transactions as needed -On some occasions, Walk in the warehouse or yard area to view parts, take pictures or show parts to customers You will also be helping with office related tasks: Office Assistant Responsibilities: -Assist Manager with sending emails, making phone calls, filing paperwork -Assist Manager in ordering vehicle parts, supplies -Processing vehicle related documents You may also be helping the team out with delivering cars, parts, supplies, etc. Requirements: -1 year work experience in a customer service or sales position -1 year automotive experience or related -1 year work experience in an office environment -Being a quick learner -Excellent with Computers and softwares such as Excel -Customer friendly and engaging -Must speak English and Spanish fluently -High School Diploma or equivalent required. -Focused individual that can complete tasks on their own with limited supervision Work Environment -Primarily in Office (90% of your time) -Occasionally in the warehouse (5% of your time) -Will be required to drive a car (for drop-offs / pick-ups) from time to time (5% of your time) This is a Full Time Position (40 hours per week).
