Store Assistant Job Description The Store Assistant supports plant operations by maintaining store room in a continuous manufacturing process environment. Receive, prepare, and deliver incoming and outbound shipments. Inspect deliveries, process inventory, and stock warehouse. Process packaged raw material inventory and provide onsite unloading & delivery. Maintain inventory through cycle counts, auditing, and processing orders. Safely operate equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and delivery truck to perform duties. Provide housekeeping standards for a clean and organized storeroom. Job Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Associates degree preferred but not required Minimum of 2-3 years warehouse experience Must be able to obtain forklift certification to load/unload trucks and move various types of material in the warehouse Strong initiative, able to multi-task, team player, and positive attitude. Possess good interpersonal skills in communication, listening, and good safety practices. Proficient with computers Experience in SAP, Inventory control, and bar-coding is preferred We offer excellent pay and skills based pay progression system. This is an hourly position and benefits eligibility starts on your first day of employment. No relocation assistance is available for this position.
