REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
THE ROLE
The purpose of the Digital Rotational Program role is to provide a 12-month rotational experience for entry-level Digital Team Members to prepare them for a variety of roles across the business. Each rotation will last for approximately 4 months. Trainees will rotate through relevant areas, with this digital analyst role focused on customer analytics and personalization/experimentation, learning job duties and receiving hands-on, project-based experiences. Trainees will also experience a variety of opportunities such as on-the-job experience, classroom training, leadership development, networking opportunities and mentorship.
ROTATION 1: VOICE OF CUSTOMER
You will be responsible for acting as a consumer advocate, ensuring voice of customer and shopper POV is captured and incorporated in business decisions. You will review qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources such as Medallia surveys and customer chats to identify trends, customer friction points and innovation opportunities.
ROTATION 2: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
You will be responsible for producing compelling visualizations and insights from Adobe Analytics to tell the story of the customer journey and presenting findings to the broader digital organization including product owners, analysts and designers.
ROTATION 3: PERSONALIZATION / EXPERIMENTATION
You will be responsible for assisting the personalization and experimentation team by analyzing and reporting findings on multiple A/B test campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply skills and knowledge learned through the various rotations to perform the roles of Voice of Customer Analyst, CX Analyst and Personalization/Experimentation Analyst
Learn the jewelry industry, especially as it relates to Signet Jewelers, and assist digital teams in all areas they support
Responsible for leading and developing a Capstone project to be presented to Senior Leadership that demonstrates innovation and showcases key skills learned during the program.
Work with an assigned Rotational Program Mentor to deepen business and role knowledge while pursuing professional development through hands-on learning
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, marketing, communications or similar field
Passionate about improving the customer experience and ensuring the voice of the customer is captured/incorporated during project planning
Demonstrated curiosity-mindset and ability to identify patterns in data
Ability to mine and aggregate data from a broad range of sources
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
Collaborative partner working across functional areas
Adobe Analytics or Digital Analytics strongly preferred
Proficient in Tableau and Excel as it relates to visualizing data a plus
Commitment to implement strategic vision of organization

THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY IS $55,000-$60,000 . Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
