    The purpose of the Digital Rotational Program role is to provide a 12-month rotational experience for entry-level Digital Team Members to provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in omni-channel data-driven marketing and personalization, data development, and product delivery within a collaborative and innovative environment. Graduates will rotate through three distinct teams, building a hybrid skillset that bridges technical expertise with business acumen.

    This opportunity is fully remote, however, if a candidate resides within 50-miles of the Dallas, TX or Akron, Ohio office locations, they will required to follow a hybrid onsite presence.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE PROGRAM:

    • Work at the forefront of customer data-driven marketing and experience firsthand the magic of personalization at scale
    • Gain unparalleled exposure to next-gen tools like AI/ML-powered CDPs and retail innovations
    • Build a diverse skillset that prepares you to lead in marketing, data, and project delivery. Collaborate with visionary leaders and contribute to projects that reshape the customer experience
    • Work with an assigned Rotational Program Lead & Mentor to deepen business and role knowledge while pursuing professional development through hands-on learning
    • Apply skills and knowledge learned through the various rotations to perform the roles of marketing analyst, data development analyst and product delivery

    ROTATION 1: Data and Solutions Architecture Associate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engineer transformative data pipelines, turning raw information into actionable insights with ETL tools and SQL
    • Design and build seamless API integrations for a frictionless marketing tech stack
    • Be a problem-solving hero, resolving data bottlenecks with innovative approaches
    • Showcase the latest platform capabilities in engaging, stakeholder-friendly demo

    • Gain hands-on experience with data transformation and integration technologies
    • Build reusable data models that power smarter decisions across the organization
    • Elevate your problem-solving game with real-world retail data challenges

    ROTATION 2: Omnichannel Marketing Innovator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with marketing and engineering teams to craft impactful audience segments using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics
    • Dive into the creative process of end-to-end marketing campaigns-from brainstorming bold ideas to executing transformative strategies
    • Conduct marketing process efficiency audits, spotlighting opportunities for cost reduction and growth optimization
    • Collaborate with leadership to create compelling presentations that win hearts (and budgets) to in-house stakeholders

    Learning Outcomes:

    • Mastery of world-class tools like Adobe (Real-time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics) and application to the fast-growing trend of personalizing customer experiences
    • Practical awareness of the rapidly evolving landscape of “click-to-mortar” retail ecosystems
    • An eye-opening understanding of how AI and ML in CDPs unlock growth potential

    ROTATION 3: Product Delivery Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the charge in Agile projects, managing tasks and progress using tools like Jira
    • Energize teams by facilitating Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and retrospectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and refine user stories, keeping deliverables aligned with business goals
    • Create actionable dashboards and visualizations that keep stakeholders informed and inspired

    Learning Outcomes:

    • Hands-on experience with Agile principles in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
    • Refined skills in communication, risk management, and team facilitation
    • Learn to drive innovation and transparency across diverse teams

    PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Degrees: Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or related interdisciplinary programs
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience with SQL
    • Experience with APIs, data modeling, and database concepts (preferred)
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred)
    • Excellent documentation and organizational skills

    The salary range for this opportunity is $50,000- $65,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
