JOB DESCRIPTION

The E-Commerce Sample Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of studio samples for all brands including A&F, abercrombie kids, Hollister, Gilly Hicks and Social Tourist. This position will manage the tracking, cataloging and archiving of merchandise samples for daily .com photo shoots. This highly organized and collaborative person will work closely with the Sample Library and Photo Studio teams to manage the life cycle of all studio samples. The E-Commerce Sample Coordinator will also support the Sr. Studio Manager on any additional ad hoc projects as needed.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.     WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Receive all brands’ samples for daily .com shoots from Sample Library

• Check-in samples using interactive database

• Hang and organize samples for the styling teams prior to photographing; return necessary samples to studio inventory or Sample Library after photographing

• Work with Sample Librarians on daily flow of samples in and out of the studio

• Identify and label samples for various studio needs in partnership with studio styling teams

• Gather and prepare samples in coordination with OFP (on-figure product) coordinators and still life stylists for upcoming editorial shoots

• Audit set dates for studio samples

• Run weekly sample reports for production teams and cross-functional teams when needed

• Assist studio teams with workflow projects and process changes as directed by Sr. Studio Manager

  WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Retail experience is preferred

• Ability to manage time and tasks effectively with minimal supervision

• A positive team attitude and great collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks; must be highly organized and detail oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Must be able to lift and move boxes and equipment over 25 lbs
