    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    LOCATION: DENVER OFFICE (POST COVID) OR REMOTE 

    Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to help us take our marketing planning and communications to the next level. Ideally this candidate will be a strategic business partner first and a strong B2B and B2C communicator a close second. He/she will love working with our clinical teams, leadership, field marketing and subject matter experts to develop strategic, multi-channel plans and strategies that will help further our leadership position in the marketplace.

    This candidate is a strong leader and team player and is energized by being part of a passionate, fast-moving, mission-driven organization. This Marketing Communications Manager will support our key channels – including field marketing, digital and public relations – as they develop strategies to meet key business objectives. They’ll also look forward to using their strong communications and storytelling skills to amplify our unique business offering and drive business results.  Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Communications Manager will be a key contributor to our marketing team.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business goals and challenges, develop an      in-depth understanding of our behavioral health service lines and key differentiators and consumer insights to inform the development of strategic marketing plans and strategies in paid, owned, earned and shared channels.
    • Develop and manage integrated marketing plans from start to finish briefing internal channel teams and creative partners, managing project key miles stones and cross-functional and leadership team review.
    • Author insight-led creative briefs and lead creative development of marketing campaigns and communication with emphasis on ensuring deliverables are high-quality and meet set deadlines.
    • Establish and continue to refine program value propositions and messaging. Lead communications across organization for strategic program messaging.
    • Develop messaging strategy and assist in developing marketing plans for new center openings and program launches to meet specific objectives across all channels and segments.
    • Develop copy and content and lead the writing for marketing materials; demonstrate understanding of the needs and write for multiple B2C and B2B audience segments.
    • Support field marketing team in the development and execution of regional marketing plans and PRL enablement including collateral, digital assets and event signage.
    • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly in collaboration with channel stakeholders.
    • Analyze competitive landscape, insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
    • Lead the execution of marketing plans from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are accurate and on time.
    • Demonstrate the willingness to support research efforts and learn new processes and technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.

    EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related degree
    • Seasoned marketing manager (or similar role) with a proven track record of bringing campaigns and projects to life from brief to execution
    • Have ability and proven experience to think cross-channel and full-funnel
    • Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative work environment
    • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
    • Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
    • Cohesive and compelling writing skills and an eye for consistent messaging
    • Positive attitude and successful team player

    Compensation starting range for the Marketing Communications Manager role is $75,000-90,000 annually. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
