Finance is the functional area that performs analysis and reporting that drives critical business decisions, including planning and forecasting sales and gross profit, inventory flow, and other merchandise analyses. This business function offers the chance to bring your analytical side and impact the “heart” of the retail business. This role offers a great opportunity to build foundation in analytics as well as put your understanding of financial fundamentals to real-life application. You may be responsible for identifying and evaluating on-going profit-generating opportunities. You will work on a variety of projects that are sure to keep up your interests in finance, and have access to many levels of management.

These roles will provide business and project analytical support for critical finance initiatives, enabling the TJX retail business operating model. You will be assigned projects that contribute to business strategy, as well as assist with daily activities within the Finance and Accounting functions.
